- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Initiation: Please contact our customer service team first to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, and due to the intimate nature of certain products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Jewellery (for hygiene reasons, all earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings are final sale once shipped).
- Hats, Scarves & Gloves (for similar hygiene and personal use considerations).

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days
Please reach out to our dedicated customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization & Instructions
We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send any items back without this RA number, as it helps us process your return efficiently upon arrival.
Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA slip. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches our facility.

Step 4: Our Processing & Your Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email.
- For Refunds: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- For Exchanges: We will process the shipment of your requested replacement item, subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Refund Timelines & Methods
Your refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately upon our approval. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
The original shipping fee ($12.95 for Standard Shipping) is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for Free Shipping (EMS), the value of the free shipping will be deducted from any refund amount if the return causes the order value to fall below $50.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process follows the same steps as a return. Once your return is received and approved, we will ship the new item to you. Shipping charges for the replacement item will apply.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item (e.g., a pair of Boots instead of the Flats you ordered), please contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or refund for you.
